What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Once you reach your monthly generation limit, the API will return a
429 response with the quota_exceeded error
code. Upgrade your plan to increase your monthly quota.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Starter at any point. Changes take effect immediately.
Do playground generations count toward my limit?
No. Barcode playground generations are tracked separately and do not count toward your plan's monthly quota. Explore freely.
What output formats are available?
The Free plan includes PNG output. The Starter plan adds SVG output for vector graphics that scale to any size without losing quality.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap.
Is there an SLA?
We target 99.9% uptime for all plans. Formal SLAs with guaranteed uptime and credits will be available on future enterprise plans.
